Q: Why is there an extra charge of $1.00 for milk, etc. in a Frappe? The Large Frappe is already $7.00. Had Frappe's elsewhere and was never charged like this. For $2.00 to $3.00 or so you can get a whole quart of Half and Half. WTH?
